The Second Couch to 5K Session is tomorrow (Monday, March 10th) at 6pm at BLV East Track (be there by 5:50)! If you haven’t already completed and submitted an application, please fill one out and bring it along with you.
This week’s workout will be as follows: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
