BRC representatives will be available tonight (Wednesday) at the SWIC tennis courts at 6 p.m. for anyone wanting to complete their second Couch to 5K training session for this week (week 3). We strongly encourage you to do all three sessions of training each week, but at the very least get in two sessions so that you are adequately prepared to complete a 5K at the end of the program.
This week’s workout is as follows: Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do two repetitions of the following: Jog 90 seconds, Walk 90 seconds, Jog 3 minutes, Walk 3 minutes.
