Couch to 5k – Week 6
The Sixth Couch to 5K Session is tonight (Monday, April 6th) at 6:30pm at BLV East Track (be there by 6:15)!
This week’s workout will be as follows: Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then: Jog – 5 minutes; Walk – 3 minutes; Jog – 8 minutes; Walk – 3 minutes; and Jog – 5 minutes.
