nights at 6:00pm for
hill workouts. We meet in the parking lot by the restaurant. Please make certain that you
are on our Yahoo

you receive information on any changes
to the time or location. This will continue until daylight savings time ends in the fall.

In the fall (after Daylight Savings Time ends), we will meet at Southwestern Illinois
College (SWIC)
on Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm for a run along a well lit trail. We meet in
the parking lot just north of the Metrolink stop. The trail is about 1.4 miles around, it’s
well lit, there are good bathrooms, and there is water. Please make certain that you are on
our Yahoo
Group
and/or Facebook Group so that
you receive information on any changes to the
time or location. This will continue until daylight savings time begins in the spring.

Toolen’s Running Start also hosts a Tuesday night speedwork at 5:30pm from their store in
Shiloh. Call the store at (618) 628-9898 for more information.
