Please see below for more information on our training programs. We typically offer a Couch to 5k (Beginner’s 5K Training) Program and a Half Marathon/Full Marathon training each spring and fall.

Couch to 5k Training Program

The Belleville Running Club holds Couch to 5K training sessions each spring and fall to train beginner runners to run a 5 kilometer race (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks. The program begins with a mixture of walking and running and works its way up to a 5k. More…

    I want to run a 5k, I just turned 65 both of my children run & would like to run a marathon for myself!

      Debi – We currently have a Couch to 5k training program in process but it’s almost over. We’ll have another that will start in the spring. These programs are both on our website and you can follow them on your own if you’d like.
